X+3y<9 => x+3y=9
2x+y<8 => 2x+y = 8
gunakan cara substitusi dan eliminasi :
x+3y=9  x2 => 2x+6y = 18
2x+y=8  x1 => 2x+y = 8   -
                             5y = 10
                               y = 10/5 = 2
x+3y = 9
x+3(2)=9
x  = 9-6
   = 3
fungsi objektif = x + 2y = 3+2(2) = 7
