Our native cusine is the influence of many cultures and unusual split into regional cusines that have arisen due to cuttings. comared to other national cusine,Polish cusine is not tpically have many traditional Polish dishes. Why is this happening? a huge and had a fundamental influence on the turbulent history of our country,which throught history suffer from the continous invasions and influences of others countries. interference with other European countries also had an impact on our Kitchen.the most important ones are: France,Germany,Italians and Jews. currentlu ,we still can hardly speak of a single Polish cusine,because it is different in different parts of the country. but in recent years,distinct regional cusine is reborn,and typical dishes are becoming popular not only in Poland but also abroad. the most popular Polish dishes include; chicken soup,borscht white,pork chops,ground pork,dumplings,beetroot soup.tripe soup.gnocchi and much more.
