I would like to tell you something about our polish and traditional food.

In my family on Christmas Eve , I always do some salads and some cakes with my mom and grandmather . 

Here in Poland people like eat good .

They love eat fat food on example fast food.

Meat is the most important.

They just love it !

On dinner they usulally do some soup and potatoes  with salad and with meat of course!

Polish people used to eat fat food so they aren't really enthusiastic about trying some new food . I hope that you meet closer our polish traditions about food.

I would like to tell you something about polish, most famous traditional food - Pierogi. It is also common in Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine or even in China, Japan and Italy. Each polish family usually eats it once a week. The preparing is very easy. What you need to make a dough are: wheat flour, eggs, a little bit of butter, a cup of warm water and a pinch of salt. The stuffing can contain potatoes and a little bit of onions, meat, fish, spinach or even strawberries and other fruits. After making a dough, you have to put the stuffing into it and model a shape of it. Then you have to put it into warm water and boil in a salted water for a while. You can also put it on a pan and fry it on a butter.
