1. What things can charity do to help poor people who are in need?
There are a lot of people with different kinds of needs so it's really good that there are some organisations like The Red Cross or Caritas. I wonder what they can do to help those people. Firstly what they can do is get stuff from people and sell it through volunteers. They can organise sports events in which the people taking part have to pay an entrance fee. The next thing that they can do is to invite famous singers and artists to sing on stage and make money from the shows. Artists and singers are happy to help charitable organisations. There's a lot of ways to help e.g.(doctors can check for a little money things like blood pressure, sugar or blood test) in special events. I think the charities work really hard to help the poor people especially when they don't get paid for that so it's better than getting paid.

2. Apart from pay, how might you to encourage people to work hard ?
Apart from paying the workers who work I can get some expensive stuff for them that they can use in their spare time e.g. laptops, Mac books, iPhones, 42" plasma screen TV's. Give them some stuff like Ipods to listen to while they work faster to finish more of the job. I can give them more breaks so they enjoy their work. Help them by encouraging them to work and give them some food if they don't have enough or any lunch and make them happy by letting them do what they are specialised at. Let them go home if they don't live far from the place that they work at. Make them happier by giving them tea while they’re working so they don't run out of energy and tell them when the tea is ready. Tell them there's not enough time until they have to start another job.

3. What can be done to reduce the number of accidents on roads in Poland ?
One thing that can be improved is make speed limits lower and have more speed cameras and paint lines where the camera captures the speed limit. Have more policemen stand on the roads and make them chase the people that go over the speed limit and help them by telling them to slow down on the roads and not speed even if they are in a rush. Help people learn by giving them big fines for speeding on roads. Help by making the roads less slippery and widen the roads. Put in more roundabouts at dangerous junctions. Convert more roads to dual carriageway or motorway. Install warning signs in places where there's a high risk of accidents. Help people by diverting traffic if there's an accident on the road so they don't get involved in it. Help them by putting more speed limit signs on the roads. Help them by making the roads drain better so the roads don’t get too wet. There are many ways to reduce accidents. It's important that drivers are made more aware of the risks and so drive more safely.
