The last romantic movie I have seen is called "The Best of Me". It's a story about two people, James and Amanda, who were separated in their teens as a result of the murder committed by the boy. James, the main character, went to prison and after that he worked in many places. While working on an oil rig he almost dies during the explosion. At the same time he receives a call that his friend Tuck, who took him in and looked after him, after he had escaped from his abusive father, dies of old age. Amanda also receives the same call. So, after years of separation, two former lovebirds reunite. In the end, when everything seems to have worked out between them, James is shot by his father. Amanda falls into despair, yet her pain smooths down when she find out that the heart, which her son receives after a tragic accident, comes from James.
