Hello,
I want to complain about my room. First of all, it was really dirty. Something needs to be done about this. Second of all, the AC didn't work and it was extremely hot there. We opened the windows but it wasn't good enough. And because of that the room full of mosquitos at night. It was a nightmare. I hope I can get back at least half of the price I paid for that room. You should really take a look at your hotel staff and take care about the cleanliness in the place.
