In my life I experiented a lot of stress and they are associated with different situations.
I will give my few ways to relieve stress, I hope it may be useful.
First - I start to listening to music. It's really useful. After a few songs, the stress goes.
second - I breathe the air with my nose,and I put out the mouth. third - I strive to didn't think about my stressful situation. It's help a lot. More - I drink a cup of water. That help not only in stresful situation. It's healthy, we must drunk lot's of water. If I have opportunity to liyng on bed, I do this. Sleep is the best way for get rid of stress. In pharmacy there are lot's of pills or vitamines for stress. We can buy this and strees passes.
