Thank you for your letter.I am verry sorry about your problem, but you schouldn't worry. I think, that you should go to the doctor with your pimples. He help you with this problem. You shouldalsogotoa healthydiet, it will help to lose your weight. You can also start doing gymnastic and swim. If youlisten tomyadviceis,will soonforgetabout theirproblems. Don't worry so much about your appereance. Most teenagers hate the way they look but their opinion about themselves isn't usually right. It's very likely that it's only you who doesn't like the way you look while other people might find you attractive. It might be helpful for you to look around and try to be objective for a moment. You'll then notice that lots of teens heve the same problems. Most of them probably have lots of pimples which they hate just like you do. Gaining weight easly also happens very often when you are a teenager because you generally grow up and need more energy so you eat more. So basically you should accept yourself and notice that you are not the only one with those problems.
If you are really determined to change the way you look there are some methods but be careful not to find another reason to complain about your appereance when these problems are solved.
So the first thing is that there are lots of cosmetics creames and tonics or even medicines that you can easly buy and if you use them as the instruction says it will probably help you to get rid of pimples. Some people believe that eating less chocolate helps with the pimples too.
To loose some weight you should remember about some simple things: don't eat between meals, never eat right before going to bed, don't eat too many sweets and maybe don't put sugar in your tea if you do so now. Additionally don't eat when you're not hungry but bored. And what's very important spend some time outdoors maybe running or doing some exercise. Swimming or riding a bike is also very good. Staying active will also make you feel better and it's possible in winter as well - don't forget that.
So that's all. And remember to accept yourself because if you don't no diets, physical activities or medicines will help you.
