Dear Sir, I am writing to complain about the CD player. I bought in on Monday 12 July 2009 in your shop. When I come back home I turned it on and it worked, but only 5 minutes. I do not know what happened. I only can say that it stopped in the middle of a track and sience that moment it does not work. I must assure you it is not my fault. I want to underline that I did not try to repair that CD player. Iexpect a full refund or changing this damage CD palyer to new one. I look forward to hearing from you as fast as possible.
