Dear Sir (John),

    I am writing in connection with an MP3 player. I bought it from your online shop - www.amazingitems.com. I must express my dissatisfaction with the MP3 player. After opening the box, it turned out that it’s completely destroyed. The surface was scratched.  I couldn't believe my eyes. I also tried to turn it on but it didn’t work properly. The screen was cracked and it didn’t display. I have already written but nothing has changed. The faulty item has not been replaced.

 

    As a result I demand a full refund or an exchange of the MP3 player for another one.

 

    I count on the positive and prompt consideration of my letter.
