I’m writing to tell you about her and her new boyfriend. It was for us snug shock, because she was declared single. Anyway she’s now very happy with Marco, that’s his name.
They have been met completely accidentally. She begun work at by the same sportshop what he work and they to catch oneself fancy. Marco is handsome and well-built man. He have brown eye and he’s dark-haired man. He’ fall in love in Ann (na zabój)<- nie wiem jak to napisać. He is very nice and polite. He behaves as genuine gentleman. On meeting, in which Ann present for us Marco, he put from all drinks. I enjoy that Ann find somebody oneself. They build harmonious couple. And what you think about their relationship?

Dear Sir
I want to express my strong dissatisfaction with the trip which I took part in.
The trip was two weeks ago. I was very disappointed with the trip because it was unprofessionally organized. 
Firstly, the bus was two hours late.
Moreover, the bus didn’t have an air-conditioning and the weather in Egypt was really hot.
Finally, the hotel which I lived in, was totally different than the one shown on the photos in the catalogue.
I demand a refund of cost of both the accommodation and the transport. Eventually you may propose a new trip. I expect a quick response.
