This movie may spark off many discussions about what is this film realy about. It is directed by Darren Aronofsky and the main role is played by Sean Gullette. The movie is set in a very small apartment in 90s where a great mathematician builds a supercomputer that could explain every thing in the nature.
The plot revolves around a 218 decimal number that is so important to some people that they are ready to play hardball.
Pi must have been extremely dificult to direct because the budget for that movie was only 60.000$. But it doesn't make any difference. Pi is such a great film that it will keep you on the edge of your seat.
The movie is really worth seeing and I recomend it to every person that is interested in black-and-white movies.
