This proves that doctor work is very responsible,hard and sometimes even risky 2.To stay healthy, I have a diversified diet containing small amount od fat and sugar but lot of fruit and vegetables , I practice sport on a regular basis, besides, I don't smoke and try to sleep at least 8 hours a day. 3.If is a regular cold I usually lie in the bed and treat myself with tea containing honey and lemon, I make herbal steam inhalations and take some febrifugal and ani-inflammatory medicines available over the counter
