Tematem zadania jest napisanie pracy na temat spędzonych ferii, przy czym oceniane jest słownictwo, gramatyka oraz zastosowane czasy (min. 3 przeszłe). We stayed together at home for most of our free time.In the first week, I played several computer games, but none of them was enough intriguing to keep me in front of my new laptop for a long period of time. Probably this situation was caused by specific kind of these games, which were quite old, too. My brother also played some computer games on our personal computer, but we played different games, so while he was playing the game, which title was “Grand Theft Auto San Andreas”, I was playing Role Playing Games (RPG) such as “The Elder Scrolls IV” and “Fallout 3”. Definitely, I was really disappointed with this activity, because I had been expecting something more from it.In the second week, I watched a film trilogy, which was called “The Lord of the Rings”. It was consisted of three fantasy adventure movies based on the three-volume book of the same name by J. R. R. Tolkien. The films were “The Fellowship of the Ring”, “The Two Towers” and “The Return of the King”. Moreover, this videos weren’t Theatrical Edition, but Extended. It meant that trilogy was over 100 minutes longer than normal version and the entire plot was set in full HD resolution! However, I had some overwhelming problems, which involved my comfort of watching this particular saga. These troubles concerned low video frame rate and poor audio quality, which were caused by too weak processor, which was in my laptop. Well, I had to use my father’s computer instead of mine. After I had watched the trilogy I was rather pleased. These movies were fantastic and gorgeous with new scenes and high performance, which included special effects and advanced video output. During my winter holidays, I took also part in other minor acts, but they weren’t enough substantial to be mentioned in my description.In conclusion, I spent a wonderful time on my “short holidays”, in spite of I didn’t nothing special. There were also some bad experiences, but they didn’t affect my overall evaluation of past events.
