                        Holiday in Pekanbaru

Hi, my name is Cathy. I am twelve years old this December. Now I would like to share about my experience in Pekanbaru last month.

Last month I spent holiday in Pekanbaru. I went to Pekanbaru with my family. My aunt and uncle live there, so we stayed at their house. It was Ramadan. Ramadan is a month full of blessing. Me and my family had fasting started at dawn and broke the fasting at sunset every day. I was so happy because i can followed it full time. At first week it was so hard but i have a will, i will fast every day. And it's happened! I felt so happy.

I also spent eid mubarak in Pekanbaru. In the morning we all went to the mosque and prayed together, after that we went home. At home i apologized to my mom and dad, got their blessing for my future, and then we went to another family house, had sillaturahmi, forgive each other mistakes and restar ourself to become a better person. Food was everywhere, rice cakes, rendang, chicken opor was very delicious. We were all laughing, no more sad, we forgave each other. Now i am ready to become a better person. I want to become a good person, so i will be happy in the future. Thank god for everything I have.
