mam do napisania list z reklamacją laptopa. Napisałam go i chodzi mi o sprawdzenie błędów. ;)

Dear Sir or Madam,
I want to express my dissatisfaction with the notebook that I bought from your website on 25th September.

When the computer arrived one week ago I turned it on because I want see photo from holidays.I could not do this, because the CD player did not work. . As soon as I turned on the computer, I realized that Windows operating system was not installed in it. Your offer said it was included.

I am returning the notebook to you with this letter. I would be grateful if you could replace these notebook or if you can not I would be grateful if you could consider a full refund.

One week ago when the computer arrived then I turned it on because I wanted to see photos from holiday.I could not do this, because the CD player did not work. As soon as I turned on the computer, I realized that Windows 7 operating system was not installed on notebook. You wrote in description that it is already on hard drive but it was not out there. 

I am returning the notebook and a copy of the receipt to you with this letter. I would be grateful if you could replace this notebook or if you can not I would be grateful if you could give back my money.
