When the computer arrived one week ago I turned it on because I want see photo from holidays.I could not do this, because the CD player did not work. . As soon as I turned on the computer, I realized that Windows operating system was not installed in it. Your offer said it was included.
I am returning the notebook to you with this letter. I would be grateful if you could replace these notebook or if you can not I would be grateful if you could consider a full refund.
