I wonder if you stay at home and play computer games, watching TV or surfing on internet at the holidays. That isn't the best
way to be fit,if you really want to be atractive and live healthy you have to lead an active lifestyle.
The best way to live like that is training every day and stop eating unhealthy food! In my opinion people who lead active
and healthy lifestyle life longer than normal person, may be even 100 years! Amazing? Of course it is! I can give you
methods to be a super healthy person!
At the begining you must have a plan to training, you have to go to gym and ask
a trainer. At secound you have to eat so many vegetables. Stop eaten unhealthy meat from fastfoods start eat healthy food from
restaurant or your own kitchen. I hope you'll make your holidays better!

I think that staying at home and playing computer games, watching TV or surfing on the Internet during holidays isn't the best way to be fit.      (Początek lekko zmieniłem)

may be można wyrzucić,    zamiast tego-  they can live even to 100 years.

Stop eating fastfood and start eating healthy meals in a restaurant or in your own kitchen. I hope that will make you fitter and make your holidays better as well !
