• Give your reason for writing (powód)
• Describe the problem (problem)
• Say what action you want them to take (głębiej opisać)
Remember:

3. Check your e-mail for contractions and linking words.

Since I am a regular customer, could you please send me some new headphones or suggest an alternative solution?
