 Dear Sir/Madam

    I'm writing because i think that our city isn't enough interested about the rubbish containers .

 The council of our city must do something with this. When week is over the number of rubbish is unbelievable.

   I think that the are two reason for this problem.Firstly people don't recycle too much.Secondly  the export of rubbish isn't often.

  I really appeal to town coucil to change that because the smell from containers is awful.
