Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing about an unfortunate situation that occurred while I was on holiday recently.
Despite the fact that I informed you about my going abroad -you blocked my bank card.
When I wanted to pay for the first dinner on vacation the transaction has been rejected. I thought maybe it's a system fault. I paid in cash, which thankfully I had.
The next time I wanted to buy a souvenir - I couldn't because the card again denied access. The seller said that I have a blocked card. I was very unhappy. The rest of the holiday was very uncomfortable for me, because I don't like to carry a money - it's dangerous.
I expected an apology and please next time pay attention to that situations.
