Every year, around the world, lots of people ( especially young) are going for the public parties, which are organised by town, etc.
But the real question is: does everyone like it, and does it interrupt anyone?
Well this is really hard question, because youngsters like to party, but the older people might not like it at all, they might require some quiet, because they say, that they deserve that, after years of hard work, or even WWII.
On one hand public parties/events are good for us and for the town, to make it more popular, and gather more tourists, by doing that, like also making especially young people, to go outside of their homes, and do something much more better, than sitting in front of computer screen scrolling down facebook.
But on the other hand, it is quite bad idea, for older people, which are living near the area, which is organisiing event/party, they might be really interrupted by this.
To solve this problem, first of all, town should also ask the older people , what are they thinking about making an event/party around/near their area, and does this might affect on their health too.
Conlcuding, the town organs, should carefully decide, where to set a party, to make everyone happy, like also, attract more young, like also older people to like thier town much more.
