Dear Mr. ..., I am writing to share my opinions about your restaurant. I was there on 15th April with my friend and we both weren't happy with food and service. As we came to the restaurant, we had to wait about half an hour for the table, although we had seen through the window that couple of them were free. When we finally sat down we couldn't make a request, because the black-haired waitress was on the phone and the other one said she can't serve our table. The meals came after almost one hour, cold and awful. We shouldn't have to wait so long and service should be nicer.
