Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the MP3 player I have purchased on the 4th of the December in your shop “TECHNOLOGY AND COMPUTERS”.
First of all, after opening the box, it turned out that the device was broken. The surface was completely scratched. I could not believe my eyes. Furthermore, when I turned it on, it did not work properly. After a few seconds it has switched off.
In conclusion I feel deeply appalled by the way I have been treated. I have already written, but I haven’t received a reply for a long time. I have likewise written an e-mail, but it also didn’t take any effects. I am sending it back to you including the bill of sale. As a recompense I demand a quick repair or a full refund ; otherwise I shall be forced to take further steps.
