I am writing to complain about my last shopping in this store. Twenty days ago I bought a pendrive in your shop. But when I wanted use this pendrive turned out that it can not send information and this pendrive is white, when I said one men that I want black pendrive. This is ridiculous, because I wrote to you twice! Nine and five days ago! And even noone did not send me any informacions! I need this pendrive to my work everyday and now I can not work! I would be grateful if you could consider quick response.
