zaprosiłaś kolegę/ koleżankę do dość drogiej restauracji. jedzenie było wyśmienice, ale obsługa - okropna. napisz list do kierownika restauracji:
- wyjaśnij dlaczego piszesz i kiedy byłaś w restauracji
- wyraź rozczarowanie zachowaniem kelnera i podkreśl, że przez 40 minut was ignorował
- napisz że muzyka była zbyt głośna, a kelner wystawił zły rachunek
- zasugeruj kierownikowi co powinien zrobić i dodaj że oczekujesz przeprosin
chodzi o list formalny :) (zażalenia i przeprosiny - taki temat)

Dear chef of the restaurant!
Yesterday (20.7.) I was in your restaurant. Food was delicious, but staff - horrible! It was very annoying, when the waiter was ignoring me and my friend by 40 minutes!
Music was too loud, it was annoying us too. Please, do something with it, because guest of restaurants want to eat something good and relax! I want apologize, if not, I won't come to your restaurant again.

Dear Mr. Brown!
I would like complain you about something. I and my friend were in your restaurant two days ago. It it mean about a waiter.His behavour was impolite.He has not served us for 40 minutes. He claimed that he was very busy.We waited for him 20 minutes. Besides , the music was too lound and the waiter changed bad bill.
Your food in restaurant are very tasty and delicious but you have to reprimanded a waiter if it was his first mistake.
