-I think we have to talk aboud marathon? How you going to prepare?
-The most important is training,i'm runnning 2 hours on day,I do sit-ups,generally exercise cardio
- Oh wow,how aboud diet ?
- I try to not eat sweets. I eat vagetables,fruits,steamed fish,sups and drink 3 liter of water.
-important there is also rest
-Yes i do rest on saturdays .
-Well I think that with your preparation you goes whole marathon.
