Hi Kate,

I writing to you because you asked me about health life style. I will discribe you my life style and I hope it will help you.

First of all everyday I do exercices. For example I go jogging or swimming.

Second I'm eating a lot of fruits and drink two battles of watter everyday. I gives me power.

I think you should try it. At the beginning you can try swimming and you should sleep well. You can also go to the gym and of course eat many vegetables and fruits.
