If you wont to be healthy and fit you must drink a lot of water, go to the gym and eat fruit and vegatables. You must'n sit a lot of compuetr and drink sweet juice.

If you want to be thin and healthy you must eat a lot of friuts and vegatables. You also should do exercises. You must drink water and eat your meals regulary. I think that you must go to doctor regulary on a control visit.
