F(x) = x^2 + 6x + 5
g(x) = √(x + 4)
h(x) = x^2 - 5x + 1
(g o f)(x) = g(f(x))
= √(f(x) + 4)
= √(x^2 + 6x + 5 + 4)
= √(x^2 + 6x + 9)
= √(x + 3)^2 = x + 3

(g o f o h)(x) = ((g o f) o h)(x)
= (g o f)(h(x))
= h(x) + 3
= x^2 - 5x + 1 + 3
= x^2 - 5x + 4
