I read recently an article about juvenile delinquency. This article appeared in the newspaper 11 March 2013. The author was Adam Smith.
This is a very serious topic because juvenile delinquency often leads to suicide the victim. Young people often don't realize that they are committing an offense.
Youth commit many offenses. One of the most popular are thefts or ridicule on the background class / friends. Young people often commit such acts, because they want be noticed in the group. They want to have the recognition of older friends. There is also another reason. These are often demoralized people. They had a difficult childhood and often do not have any moral principles.
Thank you in advance for publication of the article. I hope that other readers will also express their views on this subject. I am curious the views and opinion of others people.
