\\5^{-1+2\log_5{4} }=\\ 5^{-1}*5^{2\log_5{4}}=\\ \frac{1}{5}*5^{\log_516}=\\ \frac{1}{5}*16=\\ \frac{16}{5}

 

\\\log_x2=\frac{1}{3}\\ x^{\frac{1}{3}}=2\\ \sqrt[3]{x}=2\\ x=8

 

\\\log_{\frac{1}{3}}x=-\frac{1}{2}\\ {\frac{1}{3}}^{-\frac{1}{2}}=x\\ x=\frac{1}{\sqrt3}\\ x=\frac{\sqrt3}{3}
