In my opionion government should definitely make laws to prevent enviromental damage. I think that the world we live in should be one of the most important cases for us. Nowadays, people tend to ignore the fact of global warming. I presume that the government can encourage citizens to help our planet or even prevent global warming. That's why writing petitions is the best way to start saving our planet.
