Do you prefre modern homes or old-fashioned ones? why?

in your opinion, what should a comfortable living rooms look like?

1. I preforme old-fashioned homes. They have something in them. Like magic energy and misterious. The Furniture are great too, with their old personal history.
2. In mine opinion the Comfortable living rooms should be huge and open, with big and soft arm-chairs. They should have a lot of books and flowers. The living rooms should have colours walls.
