1. You bought an expensive weekend ticket for a large music festival. In the end, most of the advertised bands didn't appear at all.

2. You attended a summer course at a language school in England. There wasn't a group for your lavel so you spent four weeks in a beginner's group and learnt very little.

3. You bought an MP3 player. When you opened the box you found that the earphones were missing.

4. You have just finished a projest at college. A letter arrives from the college principal which wrongly accuses you of cheating. You can prove this is untrue.

1. a refund 

 

I want a refund because I paid for the tickets, but the organizers didn't realised their plans. I was very disappointed by the fact that I didn't saw my favourite band. Also other bands were absent. That's why the concert was a total failure.

 

2. financial compensation

 

I wanted to improve my English and I thought that there will be a proper group for me. Unfortunatly, the language school disappointed me. I've spent my money for nothing, because I've learnt very little new things. So, eventually I've paid for something I didn't need. 

 

3. a replacement

 

When I bought the MP3 player I was informed that earphones are a part of the set. When I returned home and opened the box there was only the MP3 player. I was very disappointed because I couldn't listen to music. That's why I want a replacement. 

 

4. an official apology

 

I was accused of cheating on my project, but I was innocent from the very beginning. The prinicpal was very unkind for me and the whole situation was very upseting. I had to make another project before it turn out that I am innocent. But now I have no hard feelings and just want an official apology.
