Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is .... and I am writing to complain about the course that I am attending, whichapplies tooccupational safety and health. I can not stand the behaviour of older course-mates. They were rude to me because I am new there. I had made me to clean the class because of my alleged bad behaviour which of course had no place there.
The lecturer was indifferent when I told him what had happened. I had complained many times about this and there was no response. The recompense which I am expecting should be full refund of costs because I can not stand the improper behaviour of stuff and course-mates.
