Prosze o dobre przetłumaczenie tekstu. imagine that you have just watched a play. You stood up for a long time in front of the stage.People who were richer then you were sitting in seats above you -you did not have enough money to sit there. Men and young boys acted all the parts in the play because it was illegal for women to act. Sometimes you couldn't hear the actors because of all the noise in the theatre. The crowd of people around you were eating, drinking and talking, some were fighting, and some were insulting the actors and throwing food at them. This was the theatre at the end of the 16th century, and a play often continued for five hours! In the 16th century theatre groups travelled around the country and visited big houses, where they acted their plays. Then, in 1598, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre was built next to the River Thames in London. It was a permanent theatre so the actors didin't heve to travel around. Everyone, not only rich and important people, came to watch plays at the Globe Theatre. The plays were written by William Shakespeare, who was one of the most popular dramatists at that time. In those days, theatre was an importan past of life because it educated the people. Dramatists wrote comedies and tragedies about different aspacts of everyday life. One of Shakespeare's most famous play is the tragedy Romeo and Juliet. This is a story about wo noble families in Verona, the Moontagues and the Capulets, who have been enemies for many years. Romeo (from the Montague family). They get married secretly but they cannot be together, and in the end both Romeo and Juliet die. It's great story and people have made this play into operas, ballets , orchestral music, musicals and films. In fact, since 1900, there have been over forty film adaptations of Romeo and Juliet.
