Z góry dziękuję :):*the world-famous prize-winning Spanish chef, has been cooking healthy food in his restaurant for oven ten years. Here he takes us through some of his top tips for healthy eating.Healthy eating really starts with healthy cooking. It's not only about what you eat, but how you cook it. A burger, for example, can be incredibly unhealthy if it's made fro low quality meat which has been deep-fried in cheap oil and served in processed white bread. However, if you make a burger from premium beef, brush it with a small amount of good-quality oil, grill it and then serve it with a generous portion of salad and wholemeal bred, you've transformed it into a nourishing and well-balanced meal.Light steaming is perhaps one of the healtiest cooking methods to use. All the nutrients are retained when you cook food in a basket over simmering water. I've always liked cooking vegetables this way, as all the flavour is etained too - all you have to do is add seasoning and you're done. Easy, quick, delicious and nutritious!Anther healthy cooking method I love is stir-frying. It' no accident that eople who live in Asian countries, where this is the most common form of cooking, have very low rates of heart disease. You only need a small splash of oil to stir-fry and you only need to cook things for a very short time, so your meat or vegetables retain their nutritients, as well as texture, flavour and colour. As I mentioned before, grilling can also be great for preparing low-fat meals. In my opinion, it adds a delicious smoky flavour to meat, fish or vegetables. The key is to allow any fat to drip away from the fod as it cooks. Perhaps the most underrated healthy cooking method is poaching. This involves gently simmering food in water until it is cooking fish, as it's so easy to overcook it and make it go dry and flavourless. With poaching however, you can cook it very gently and keep it moist and full of flavour. Some of my most famous dishes use poaching, so as you can imagine, I'm a great fan of this cooking method!
