Dear Mr manager,
I am writing this letter to complain about my visit to your restaurant last friday evening.
Me and my friends were waiting for the waiter to serve us for half an hour. We waited two hours for our meal and when she brought it to us she got the food confused as we didnt get what we ordered. The pizza that I didnt order was way too cold and I found some hair i it. My friends pasta that she didnt order either was very spicy and she found some nuts in her salad and she specifically told the waitress that she was allergic to them. After drnking my wine I nearly threw up. For all this spoiled and unwanted food I payed £150.
I expect an apology from you and the waitress and the cook that served me and my friend, for spoiling my and her evening. I'm hoping that your service is going to improve as I am goin to visit your restaurant in two weeks and I hope that you reduce the prices of the food and the drinks. I hope that you will try changing the points that I mentioned in this letter if not you will lose customers as I have loads of friends and I will spread the message about your raustarant. If nothing changes I will call you to court.
