When the town flooded many homes were ruined. To deal with the water people had to work together. The naighboring towns helped the those who struggled with the loss of electrcity by providing free flashlights. Not very many people were prepared for the flood. Those who were prepared for the elements helped those areound them. The resulting flood was a good lesson to prepare for the future to those who had not prepared.
