Dear Editor

I'm writing in connection with many stray dogs on streets. This is very important to me, because I like dogs and I want's the best for them. Moreover, dogs on the streets prevent people. I think that the reason is the abandonment of dogs by humans, because they don't have money to maintain or bored with them their dog. Recently in the woods I noticed a dog tied to a tree. I propose to give these dogs the shelter and every week to collect small money from people for the better conditions for dogs in shelters. I hope that my letter will be posted in your newspaper so that the readers could give some sort of supporting.
