I am writing to complain about the service I received during a visit to your restaurant on Saturday, July 7th when I celebrated my birthday.
First, I must inform you that the service while ordering a meal as well as regulating a bill was very unprofessional and didn't meet with my expectations. Secondly, the food was not cooked properly and provided drinks were far too cold. I think that in the restaurant of such standard as yours a situation like that can't take place, can it?
I tried to talk with the manager but it didn’t help. As a result guests I invited to your restaurant weren’t pleased. I felt very disappointed and dissatisfied
Taking into consideration all trouble I suffered, I hope I can expect a compensation which amounts 500 pounds refund within 7 days. I hope this matter will receive your immediate attention.
