This means that we’ll solder the parts to each other without a circuit board, building everything up right inside the mouse case. But before we do this, we’ll need to prep the case and install the motors, and then breadboard the circuitry separately to make sure everything works.Before unholstering your Dremel tool, you’ll need to determine if the mouse has enough space inside. Unscrew the mouse case and eyeball it to make sure that it will hold the two DC motors and a 9-volt battery. Screws may be hiding under little nylon feet or tape strips on the bottom of the mouse. Save these bits so you can put them back at the end of the build; they’ll help reduce friction.

Once you have a suitable candidate, remove all of the mechanics and electronics. Unhook the mouse cable from its plug-type connector, pop out the scroll wheel (if it has one), and then pry out the PCB (printed circuit board). Set these parts aside. Then use your Dremel and cut-off wheel to hollow out the case, removing all of the plastic mounts and partitions inside, except for any screw post(s) that hold the case together. Do the same for the top half, although you may want to leave the mounts that hold the buttons in place. Note: Plastic dust is nasty stuff, so work on news- paper and wear goggles and a mask.

Ini berarti bahwa kita akan menggunakan solder untuk menyolder bagiannya satu sama lain tanpa papan sirkuit,membangun segalanya pada sisi kanan atas didalam kotak mouse/tikus. Tapi sebelum kita melakukannya,kita akan perlu menyiapkan kotaknya dan memasang motornya,lalu papan pemotong sirkuitnya terpisah untuk memastikan semuanya bekerja.sebelum mengemas peralatan dremelmu,kamu akan butuh untuk menentukan jika mouse/tikus sudahmemiliki cukup ruang didalamnya.jangan memberi sekrupdi tempat mouse/tikus dan bola matanyanya untuk memastikan bahwa ini akan menahan 2 motor DC dan sebuah baterai 9 volt.sekrup mungkin akan disembunyikan dibawah kaki nilon kecil atau solasi melajur/lurus di tengah mouse/tikus.simpan bit bit ini jadi kamu bisa meletakkannya kembali seperti semula dibuat; mereka akan membantu mengurangi gesekan.

Sesekali kamu punya sebuah pasangan yang pas,lepas semua mekanika sama elektronikanya. jangan kaitkan kabel mouse/tikus dari penghubung tipe steker,putar/munculkan roda gulir dengan searah(jika itu hanya satu),lalu bongkar ulang PCB (papan sirkuit cetak). Susun semua bagian dalam satu sisi.lalu gunakan Dremel dan potong roda untuk lubang/cekungan kotak/wadah,keluarkan semua cembungan dan partisi dalam plastik ,kecuali untuk sekrup posisi (s) yang menempel dan menahan tombol di tempat.catatan: debu plastik itu barang buruk/berbahaya sekali,jadi kerjakan di atas koran dan gunakan kacamata renang masker
