1. Write an e-mail to a company complaning about something you bought recently.
Step 1 - think of a product you bought and imagine what was wrong with it.
examples : a computer game(demaged)/ a pair of jeans ( too tight )
Step 2 - Write an email.
* give your reason for writing
* describe the problem
* say what action you want them to take
Remember -
* be polite - always say 'please' and 'thank you'
* use formal words and expression
Step 3- check your email for contractions and linking words.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about the MP3 player I bought in your shop.
I feel disappointed, because I thought your shop sold products of good quality.
I asked the shop assistan for the help but he didn't come for about 15 minutes. When he came, he was rude. He said I should buy this MP3 player and then left.
I paid with cash and I went home. To my surprise, it didn't work. I couldn't put my music on it from my laptop. Moreover, the headphones were broken too. I phoned to shop but there was no asnwer.
I would like to receive a full refund of my money.
