Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm devastated to say that your service was not up to the usual standard on Thursday, 13th September 2012. I was travelling to Heathrow airport on that day, as I was flying to Poland at 13:15. To start with, the metro was 20 minutes late, due to unknown reasons. The staff appeared to be frustrated and unkind and did not help me at all. None of the passengers where told about the delay and your staff didn’t even bother to inform anyone about the changes. Furthermore, metro has stopped at Leyland for nearly an hour, just because the lady that has booked a place on the metro was late. At the end she didn’t even turn up. This is unacceptable and such a situation should have never taken place. Unfortunately, due to these ridiculous reasons, I was late for my flight and had to book the next available flight, which was on Saturday. I had to pay extra 200 pounds for changing the flight, which I believe was not my fault. The plane didn’t wait for me, like the metro did for that woman. It’s the passenger’s responsibility to get to the station on time; the metro should not wait for them. I missed my grandmother’s funeral due to this nonsense. I’m kindly asking for compensation of £500 (reasons mentioned above).
