I am writing to complain about the digital radio I have just bought from your website.
When I tried to switch it on, it turned outoccurred that,tthis digital radioit works very slow and it does not play a track. It often stops in the middle of a song. I also cannot turn it off.
I am enclosing the digital radio together with the receipt. I would be grateful if you could repair the gadget. Could you please replace the radiodo it as soon as possible? If this is impossible, could you please send me a new one? I also accept return of my money if it is not trouble of you.

Dear Mr. Jones.
I am writing to You in connection with problems with my camera. I was on holiday in New York of the third of July and I bought digital camera in Your shop. When I came back to home I tried take a photo of my dog but my camera did not work. I discovered that the switch is broken and the screen is cracked. I am sending to You this digital camera with proof of purchase. I expect You to repair damaged switch as soon as it possible or send me a new, efficient camera. If it is not a problem i would like blue camera, because I do not like this pink. I also accept return of my money if it is not a trouble.
