A relaxation is an essential method letting us systematically eliminate effects of the stress. The relaxation isn't a difficult thing, but how it is necessary for her to learn everything. Many methods of the relaxation exist, some of them very much are extended and overcoming them is independent difficult, because he/she requires the time and the perseverance, straight lines are different. All however they are based on the same principles and they are exploiting the same techniques which we must get to know, if we want effectively to apply these methods. Generally we can say, that freeing the body from muscle tones is an element and an aim of the relaxation both achieving the state of the calm, in which our organism is resting, is being harmonized, he/she is refreshing his/her energy and he is returning to the norm. Contrary to appearances achieving such a state isn't as straight how, it seems at all and as a rule he/she requires systematic exercises. It is so therefore, since the generality of people practically all the time remains in the suspense and he isn't making himself aware of deeper tensions in the body. Exercising, after the certain time is managing to notice such tensions and gradually to free oneself of them, therefore regular exercises are just necessary.
