People should be physically fit, because it makes them healthier! Everyone should be healthy, As It is good for you, and for your body.
People can keep being physically fit by regular exercise, such as jogging, swimming, or even walking. A walk in the park, on the fresh air is way more healthier than playing computer games! Any sports, or even being outside is healthy for you. It's very important, as It makes you feel better, and even look better.
About 80% of the people eat in Fast food shops, such as McDonalds. Fast food isn't really good for you. Even if you eat there only 1 time a month or less, It still goes to your blood and heart. It makes you feel unhealthier, and worse. Wouldn't it be nicer to eat a healthy dinner at home. Of course it would. So don't join those 80% of our population, But be healthy with food too. Healthy food, such as vegatables and fruits, Isn't only good for your health, But it's really tasty too.
Remember to spend as much of your spare time as you can outside! Even when it's raining, Go for a little walk with an umbrella in your hand! Isn't that better than watching TV?
To keep healthy, you could also go to clubs! You could go to a football club, or ANY other club you dreamed about! You will meet friend there, have fun, and still be keeping healthy!
