b) 2/5x - 7 = 3

c) 5 - 7/8x - 3/4 = -1

d) 1i1/3x + 2/3 = 2

⅜x=⁹/₄  /*8

3x=18 //3

x=6

 

b) ⅖x=10 /*5

2x=50 //2

x=25

 

c) -⅞x=-5¼

-⅞x=-²¹/₄ /*8

-7x=-42 //(-7)

x=6

 

d) ⁴/₃x=⁴/₃ // ⁴/₃

x=1

      3/8x = 2+1/4

        3/8x = 2 i 1/4

  3/8 x = 9/4   / * 8/3

   x = 6

 

b) 2/5x - 7 = 3 

   2/5x = 3+7

    2/5x = 10   / *5/2

      x = 25

c) 5 - 7/8x - 3/4 = -1

    -7/8 x = -1 - 5 + 3/4

     -7/8x = -6 + 3/4

     -7/8x = - 5 i 1/4  

     -7/8x = -21/4  / *(-8/7)

         x = 6

d) 1 i 1/3x + 2/3 = 2

      1 i 1/3x = 2 -2/3

        4/3x = 1 i 1/3

         4/3x = 4/3   /:4/3

              x = 1
