I don't think so because cigarette is not healthy for human expect for teenager cigarette will damage lungs and make people die very quickly so cigarette is not good for teenager

No it shouldn't because not all of students are smooker, Instead of the bad effect of being smokers, The school air will be contaminated by chemicals and it's not good for our breathing system.
