Parkour is an extreme sport. Consists of moving from point A to point B by the benches, walls and gates. Although it is dangerous to many people like this sport.
It was started by David Belle in France. They do not belong to him also (but tend to count it), a variety of acrobatic techniques, such as saults. Often confused with the freerun, many people considered to be practicing parkour, where they train really freerun. This may be an interesting way to explore their own town and physical activity.
